Looking for dotNET Software Developer :with minimum 4 years of development experience.
Purpose
The primary role of the software developer is to design, write code, and lead a group of software developers.
Essential Duties
· Interpret written business requirements and technical specification documents.
· Understand the new software requirements and translate this understanding into clear documents.
· Understand the running processes and software in the company.
· Perform coding to written technical specifications.
· Investigate, analyses and document reported defects.
· Perform maintenance programming and correction of identified defects.
· Create, document, and implement unit test plans, scripts, and test harnesses.
· Create and maintain technical documentation using defined technical documentation templates.
· Performs related duties as assigned.
Supervision
Works under the general supervision of the Software Development Manager
Skills/Attributes
· 4+ years’ experience in .NET application development.
· Build new systems with .NET 4.0 / C#.NET / SQL Server 2008/2012 / WCF Web Services / WCF Data Services
· Develop new functionalities to be integrated with existing homegrown systems and SAP PI.
· Good experience in business objects designing.
· Good experience in enterprise applications designing.
· Good experience of Object Oriented Programming concepts.
· Good experience of database architecture and design.
· Ability to interpret written requirements and technical specification documents.
· Ability to code software according to published standards and design guidelines.
· Flexible attitude, ability to perform under pressure.
· A commitment to quality and deadlines.
Good team player.
Education
· Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or related area.
Computer Skills
· Excellent visual studio 2008/2010/2012 knowledge.
3+ years’ experience in designing and working with n-tier architectures (UI, Business Logic Layer, Data Access Layer).
3+ years’ experience working with SQL Server (Database design/Development).
Good knowledge on the .NET Framework, Visual Studio 2008/2010/2012, C#.NET, ASMX and WCF Web Services, and ADO.NET.
Experience managing distributed transactions.
Expertise in developing service oriented architectures (SOA/Web services)
Strong knowledge of software implementation best practices
Ability to adapt quickly to an existing, complex environment
Reporting Tools (e.g. Crystal Reports, SQL reporting services etc.).
Excellent in XML related subjects.
