We are looking for SAP PS Functional Consultant who have 2 to 3 Full Implementation and rollout project experience.
Position Summary:
The PS functional consultant will be working under the supervision of the SEC PM/PS Rollouts Project Manager as part of the SEC Restructuring Phase II Project. The key objectives of the SEC PM/PS Rollouts are the following:
• Rollout the existing PM (Plant Maintenance) solution to an additional 32 power plants.
• Rollout the existing PS (Project System) CAPEX solution to an additional 51 power plants.
• Rollout the existing PS (Project System) OPEX solution to an additional 54 power plants.
The PS consultant will be responsible for conducting requirement gathering sessions with end users and SMEs (Subject Matter Experts), configure the necessary changes in SAP PS to meet the requirements; write technical reports, blueprint documents, design documents, process flow diagrams, presentations, and business process procedures; prepare and conduct user and integrations testing sessions. The consultant should understand and be able to follow the ASAP methodology.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Become familiar with the current SEC Project System and Investment Management solutions and documentation.
2. Understands and able to follow the ASAP methodology.
3. Responsible for preparing and conducting requirement gathering sessions.
4. Must have strong knowledge of SAP PS and IM configuration, master data, and processes. Key SAP PS areas and processes including: Must have strong knowledge of SAP PS and IM configuration, master data, and processes. Key SAP PS/IM areas and processes including: PS Structure and Master Data, Project Planning, Capacity Planning, Cost Planning, Availability Control, Internal Orders, WBS, Settlement, and Reporting.
5. Responsible for transforming the business requirements into logical and technical solution through designing, customizing, and testing the SAP PS module.
6. Responsible for technical reports, configuration documents, design documents, blueprint reports, test scripts, process flow diagrams, presentations, and business process procedures.
7. Responsible for providing support; analyzing and resolving system issues.
8. Liaise with other team members when required to gain clarity around the business processes integration points with other SAP modules.
Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:
• Minimum Bachelor degree in Finance, Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent work experience.
• Preferably 7+ years SAP project implementation experience in PS (CAPEX and OPEX), and IM.
• Preferably SAP certified.
