Job Details
Should be strong on Oracle EBS R12 & 11i with Implementation & Support
Good experience in Business Requirement Analysis, Functional Specification documentation, GAP Analysis, Solution Design
Should have at least 2 to 3 End-to-End full cycle implementation experience
Should have worked Core HR, Payroll, SSHR, OAB, iRecruitment PMS, OTL, etc
Should have worked on Fast formula, AME, SQL, Reports
Conversion / Data Migration of legacy data into Oracle HRMS
Proficient in AIM and SDLC Methodologies
Should have 4 to 6 years as relevant experience
Should be able to travel for projects immediately
